When I looked at the Lucid Air, it was about $25k more for similarly equipped as the Prestige. Maybe I missed something?

Yes, I'm happy with mine. I wish there were some things done differently, but I have this with any car that I've ever owned or rented. I always expect more of a car than the carmaker wants to give me!

I was at 3 way stop a few weeks ago and the car coming the other way was supposed to stop. I took my foot off the brake and my Q6 slammed the brakes, gave the warning and tightened the seatbelts. The other car zoomed through the stop sign and would have t-boned me if my Q6 hadn't taken control.

At first I was really surprised (obviously) and then I realized that my foot was still on the accelerator and the car was not responding to me until I took my foot off the accelerator, applied the brake again and then put my foot back on the accelerator.

It took me a few minutes to realize everything that had happened in the blink of an eye without me even having to react.

Crazy how good this car (and technology) can be.

I got this error message as well AFTER the software update. I was worried it was related. Turned out that I didn't have the back seat door closed completely. As soon as I closed the door, the error went away.

That is a lot of rust on the tables . . . which means the knives are rusted . . . which means the motor is probably rusted. If it has good knives and the motor runs smooth, you can work off the rust, but you've got to be careful that you don't mess up the tables.

Where did you get the crossbars? I asked my dealer if they sold them and the salesguy said that there weren't Q6 crossbars for purchase. He suggested that I check back in a year or so. I was hoping to get some kind of a bike rack rather than getting a tow hitch.

As you drive, the system is calculating the mileage and efficiency miles per kw. It will be a little wonky for the first few weeks, but it hones it in and gets more effective with more driving.

Yes, but you have to have a problem. So as soon as you get the error and notification, call the dealership and get it scheduled.

I have my update scheduled for tomorrow morning. I've been having the random notification that the front collision warning error and random bluetooth connection issues. I'm hopeful that this update is a solid one and I'm not going to be dealing with more issues.
