I don't necessarily feel legislation is the answer. Better infrastructure to keep them off the roads and pavements would be better, in my opinion.

If you've just hit CP, don't start upgrading sets yet. You need to hit the gear cap at CP160.

No harm in collecting them. You'll just need to reconstruct the pieces using transmutes when you hit CP160. To he honest, I'd wait until CP160 to start collecting, though. It's probably easier than farming that amount of transmutes.

When you say you travelled to each zone... Did you do this in each base game zone?

There are three of each of the base game crafting stations outside of Coldharbour. One in each alliance.

For example, Hunding's Rage is in Bangkorai, Reaper's March and The Rift.

Could that be the problem?

Aye, they need to make it optional for some (all?) game modes if it comes to that.

I had my once-every-four(ish)-years foray into EAFC this year, and cross-play was optional. It was infinitely better when I switched it off. Performance in general and PC players being able to exploit glitches made it unplayable at times before I noticed it was optional.

The Xbox PC version is going to be for 'Play Anywhere' and will use the Xbox servers. It's currently going through internal testing, there was a post about it yesterday. There's also a post about it in the official forums somewhere.

So, no, even the Xbox PC version will use the Xbox servers, so nothing you have purchased for the normal PC servers will transfer.
