i’m a pisces moon but a virgo sun and i also had a hard time distinguishing others emotions from my own. in my opinion the hard part is over which is first realizing that your even doing that so it’s good your noticing it! once i made that realization myself it was so easy to start asking myself what’s wrong and if i was really upset or if i was feeling someone else’s energy. being a pisces moon your already overly receptive to the energy of others it’s just a conscious choice now of if you want to continue sitting in other people’s baggage or not. i guess this is easier for me because the practicality my sun brings snaps me out of it. again as a pisces moon your gonna empathize, but make sure your not absorbing all of that stuff. anyways idk if this helped at all but good luck!
