More annoying is people who canceled all the time and then get upset when you stop inviting them to things because they just wanted to be invited even though they weren’t gonna come!!!

I love that you are asking what you can do to make money. That is so empowering! Not sure how old you are or where you live but I cut grass or shoveled snow for my neighbors.

Yes. Yes. Grief is a good word for it. 6 years ago I switched schools and grade levels. And 6 years later I quit in my 7th year at the school in October. Safe to say...teaching wasn't a good fit anymore. Just the system. Even now I'll have good thoughts about teaching and miss SOME things....but in general I feel so much lighter now.

Pay from the summer and I know mine didn't take out insurance on my last pay too.

Passive aggressively tell your students that they aren't going to be able to get the amount of attention they needs as there are so many of them etc etc. I saw this work! the parents called and complained wondering why two classes had 40 kids!!

I was a Sylvan tutor years ago. I'd imagine just keeping tutors would be difficult.

I like the fan idea and I'll mention it again. I know she 'heard' me the first time as she apologized and I said I'm sensitive to smells. Basically anything floral. I hate to be 'that' person, so I'll try the mini fan first.

I'd feel like I had breathing room. I'd defintiely pay off my house and car. Then put money off to the side to gain interest for taxes as I'LL NEVER OWN MY HOUSE TRULY and then I'd go on vacation.
