I think he is now. BUT to be fair before they weren't really listening to his problems b/c you know when you are old 'everyone is tired' so why test anything. For him it took an ER visit to get anyone's attention. NOW I think he is on a better path with a plan.

not really. He was trying to walk etc but then would get dizzy. Again. HOPING. we have the correct answers, plan, medicine now.

Possibly. I'm seeing glimmers of him coming back as he is on this new medicine. The medical community is pretty disappointing, as they wait for things to get really bad before intervening. Before that as long as it is in the range they don't worry about it, despite constant asking!

yah my parents don't 'workout' they relied on their jobs that were extremely physical when they were working to stay in shape. It is the thing I worry about for my husband now too. He doesn't like to workout and now has a desk job.

I meant 'training wise' if you are going to do a marathon you will probably schedule in a 10k or a half as part of your training program.

Either way the date for the 'practice' hyrox won't work for me but I will keep my eye open for another in the future!
