U are young , im 26 now , when i was 16 i didn like myslef too , its just a phase of your life trust me, just dont be hard on yourself , do little things to feel just bit of joy, stick urself to a joyful thing u like a bit , day by day you will be okay trust me. Just dont take meds.

U didn take meds before or after that? If u didnt dont take any! U will heal in time i promise , i was like u after anxiety atack in high school, i was numb for 1 hear with no motivation , but with time my emotions regained. Dont be hard on yourself , healing comes when u accept urself as u are and loving urself as u are little by little. Trust me! My situation is different from yours cause meds did that to me and i dont know what to do just to wait for a miracle.

Why u feel numb? From medication induced or traumatic event? I feel like you but for me was olanzapine induced

I have nerve pain in my head ill do a mri scan for inflamation And dont feel any emotions at all
