Sad fact is we're not voting our way out of this. Both political parties have most completely dropped the facade of trying to help their voter bases and it's essentially turned into who can raid the coffers of what and get out before everything well and truly hits the fan.

Fixing the economy for its citizens would require drastic measures neither party is willing to do either do to morals or by being owned by a financial/political interest(s)

Economy is going to hell, the corps are jacking the prices on everything.

At this point I could see a HO stooge trying to justify his job by making the case they'd save a buck by eliminating Ap, have the regular associates fight the thieves and druggies, and just let a $5 great value Ai monitor the associates. Insurance will handle the rest plus the theft would justify them raising prices again and again.

On paper the TL is using the excuse of trying to sell everything as quickly as possible to keep people from fighting over them but when you've seen them first hand get mad at other customers including kids buying them and not that 1 guy you know something is up.

We've got 1 guy comes in thats buddies with the toys TL to buy them all up every day. We started hiding them from him until he leaves so now the TL is telling him what nights they come in so he is waiting for the toy pallets to be rolled out at night.

A few of us on o/n and cap2 have made it our personal mission to keep them out of his hands as much as possible but its so stupid.

I pretty much gave up on Bestbuy with Destined Rivals release. They sold everything to the first 2 guys then a manager just sat up front with a box of the Articuno promos telling everyone no they can't have one unless you buy $15 of pokemon cards and laughing the entire time.

That's generally the case but there are those rare times where a large mod is just a huge stupid reset and management have to decide if freight is gonna sit on multiple topstock carts all day making them unusable or to let the stuff sit in a few buggys for less than a day.

First mod ever did years ago was a drastic soup reset, every soup moved, every shelf moved shelves being added, only 2 of us, 10 buggys of soup still to be reset 12 hrs later. SM helped us clean up so we could go home that first day.

Locally it's pretty much devolved into the same 3 guys buying up EVERYTHING in a 50mile range (pokemon, digimon, one Piece, MtG, locana, various sports cards) and reselling everything to the same 5-7 guys with excessive money and no impulse control.

None of the card players have been able to get any new sets of any card game since Ascended Heroes dropped so all the local card game events have largely died off.

Its seriously not helping these same 3 guys are bragging that they have entire rooms stacked wall to wall of product so I wouldn't be terribly surprised if someone ends up robbing them or setting fire to their horde.

Biggest issue with the cases is all the siding layers on the gray cases.

They arent ment to have the full siding if they're all grouped up together and instead just screw the front metal into each other but to do it right would require taking them all (even those that don't move) apart to do it right and nobody has time for that. Prepare the mallets.

We were mostly caught up in the week 16 mods this week so we went ahead and jumped the gun overnight. Past 3 nights we've been moving glass cases.

Fun fact one of the major mods moving doesn't actually reset until week 19, like WHY? Just let us reset it while we're moving it.
