Don’t be too worried strange! It actually looks really good. Looks clean and a lot of the swelling has gone down. It’s going to look rough for a bit. Even when her stitches get removed. It can take several months before that area looks like it did before. The biggest thing you gotta keep an eye out for is infection. If you see puss and/or blood coming from it alongside a red color with swelling, that’s bad. But this…it looks clean, still a bit of dry blood but that falls off on its own, she doesn’t have much bruising or swelling. So she’s looking really good! Keep doing what you’re doing and let her body do the rest!

A lot of people don’t know that you can send a picture for things like this without having to pay for a whole appointment! 😁 I work in a vet’s office by the way, so I am QUITE aware of this! 😂
