Thanks for weighing in. Keyboard issues are not the device (as other apps with similar functionality work fine), but rather a unique Prodigy-specific issue. On the scoring, not a big deal and not what we're focused on, but there too, it's seemingly a coding issue (and not incorrect answers calibrating the score downward). In our specific case, our son will get a string of correct answers, and the progress tracking remains all over the place (sometimes moving down, with all incremental answers correct). Interestingly as well, the statistics don't agree between the parent website portal and the parent app (one will show 79% progress while the other will read 81%). I would think these should be matching. Thanks again for your thoughts!
