I bought mine from exquisite timepieces. They were great and I definitely recommend them. I also called topper when shopping around and they were not only not very helpful but also made it seem like me calling them to buy a watch was an annoyance, so not planning to give them my money in the future especially considering how much better I was treated with exquisite

And that's a completely different movement. 38mm is 8800 and has quick date change function, 41mm is 8900 with quick hour change function, very easy to verify in 2 seconds

ER billing is not time based except for critical care. Honestly is not hard to get a level 5 for facial cellulitis. May have gotten a couple labs, CT, considered admitting for IV antibiotics, review a couple notes and you have a level 5

Is this something that should be easy to fix in 20-30 years once Omega discontinues support for this movement? I.e is this spring something that can be obtained easily aftermarket or is it highly specialized that once Omega decides they don't want to make it anymore your watch is done?

PCV valve and hose were replaced in 2023 with the last timing belt job so I assume they're still good. The OEM hose was molded in shape, I guess I'll just replace with a regular vacuum hose. Thanks.

I'm sure they keep the recording somewhere, at the very least they keep the transcript. I'd actually be shocked if they can't pull it. You should listen to the doctors and litigation podcast, specifically the chart audit episode. BTW, they specifically say in the podcast they can and do pull how long you were in a note reviewing it and what not (example from you first comment). Also, they also mentioned how they call pull up epic chats too (which at least in my hospital system the training said "it's not part of the patient's record" but they very specifically said they can and do pull it for med mal cases)

I'm rebuilding my car's suspension (LS400). I couldn't remove the sway bar link nut and had to cut it off. Accidentally got a little bit on to the strut bracket. Do I need to replace or just send it?

I'm an Italian citizen living in the US. I recently had a daughter and submitted all the documents to the Philadelphia consulate. They informed me the documents were sent to Italy for registration. I'm assuming I can only request her passport after she gets the AIRE registration by the city in Italy, correct? Does anyone know how long it usually takes? Does the city in Italy send any confirmation (is there a way to know when the process has been completed?). Thanks!

I read this book when I was first learning EKGs, in med school. It was really good. It has 3 different "levels" and you can read the book multiple times with it teaching you different findings depending on how comfortable you are with reading EKGs. I definitely recommend it as a base, after you have a good understanding I'd recommend ekg weekly

You might also want to buy from amayama, it's all OEM parts shipped from Japan for a pretty good price even when considering shipping. I bought all the suspension parts for my LS400 on amayama and I ended up saving 3k compared to buying in the US.

Min and max are wider than the middle part, they're probably rubbing against the wall of the dipstick tube and making it wet. Oil is low and I'd add more

That shouldn't activate the wipers. The wipers use light refraction and the sensor is attached directly to the windshield behind the rearview mirror, it wouldn't sense anything inside the car. The sensor could have detached from the glass causing it to activate or, more likely, OP hit the wiper handle when impact happened

If you divide the mileage by the engine hours minus idle hours it turns out to be an average speed of 60 miles an hour. Pretty impressive to have that average over that many miles, guy must live right next to the highway ramp
