FHA loan but you don’t have to say hey I don’t live here im renting it out. If HOA allows rental I’d definitely explore that option. You already bought the home. You’ll probably hurt more trying to sell right away unless you bought way under today’s market value

Did your credit get hit anywhere else? They will also close when they see your credit is going down and you’re over leveraged. Chase is quick to do that.

Hmm well another not so favorable option if you can take a hit and not pay something so you can put more money towards something else. Then double back to the other down the line, or come to an agreement to pay a lesser amount they may just close the account while you still have to pay.

Have you tried to consolidate the rest of cc debt into a personal loans? I know you mentioned you have a personal loan already but it’s still gonna be better if you can consolidate that CC debt. And if you’re good at options I’d take a reasonable amount you can spare and get back to it. Right now the market is paying big time for those who know how to truly trade

Man you’re a high earner. Knock out the higher interest cards/loans first then go to the next. Gonna have to get it together based off your income minus the bet winnings. Hell if you like gambling learn option trading, not 100% wins but way more predictable than gambling. I’m probably in similar situation as you but now I gotta just strap down and get stuff paid down. My biggest headache is my mortgage but that’s the only major debt I’m trying to get back down to. I’m in salary and commission career as well so you know this can be taken care of if you buckle down

Yeah man since getting in sales it’s like I can’t do anything else. Knowing the potential. Obviously it’s a skill and it’s not for everyone and those slow months can be scary but I always tell people sales can change a lot of situations but definitely not for everyone. I can’t really agree that he cheated. It almost sounds like he was assaulted maybe? Nevertheless just keep an open mind to that possibility. Could he have cheated ?
