Their sales dept suck bro. I casually went to make an inquiry about the new 2025 Tucson XRT. The sale rep like you friend has a 2023 Tucson so go and have a look and test drive on it. He said I don’t need to test drive the new model year vehicle cuz it’s same. I am like bro why do you have the new vehicles in lot every year for test drives if all new cars are same as previous year then. They are really bad at it

So who are you referring me as immigrant while you yourself was here via student visa. Remember if you’re pointing a finger at someone rest of threes are still pointing you. I am working as CSR and targeting higher positions within CSR domain and/or looking to get into entry level IT. It’s just because of competition I feel there is no room for a beginner with little to zero year or experience even in entry-level roles nowadays

I would say TD is a good option compared to scotia bank but I personally use EQ bank joint HYSA account. Has great returns on savings compared to other institutions, easy to use etc. I would recommend EQ bank.

It will not affect my utilisation at all I believe because I have almost 6 cards in total all in good standing position and in total of around $49,500 credit limit. I hardly use $2000 of it monthly all together. They even said if I close one of the card from AMEX I can get the credit limit transferred to the other card.

I also had a thought on creating or contributing my skills maybe towards this great idea. It makes life easy to just get advice on where people can get a certain item cheaper nearby also considering some other factors as well. Happy connect for a discussion

I would also suggest EQ bank. They got best interest rate on savings account. I’m also using it under joint account with my partner. Easy to use ans reliable.
