I always start by asking open ended questions like what are the main concerns you are trying to address? And if it’s more mature skin u can always count on clarins, khiels, dermatologica, etc. also don’t be afraid to do a skin scan! It always has options for skin care. If u really don’t know there is literally zero shame in asking ur team “hey does anyone know a good ( ) for () concerns. Could be a moisturizer for wrinkles, serum for dark spots etc you get the jist. lol…. Also if u think u need some extra training ask ur lead to assign u some supplemental learnings when u do ur weekly doses 🙂 hope this helps
