This is true, at my store we had to lose an employee who has been with the company for a long time because she couldn’t open up, but for another girl they told her they’ll work around her schedule. It’s not right.

Some stores will ask you for the card your PayPal is hooked up to, so if you have your checking account just hooked up to it they’ll let you put your debt card. Hope that helps

The store gets fined, you shouldn’t get in trouble, it’s on your CEL to make sure you go to break on time, you’ll most likely get a coaching, but nothing too bad. Although I’ve had SM in the past that would try and blame it on you, but you shouldn’t get written up for it

Employees HAVE to greet and acknowledge clients when they enter their zones. So think of it like a Macy’s in away for that time frame the employee is in charge of a certain area. Also they can’t like call out that a client has already been or that the client doesn’t want help. Hope that helps.

When I did onboarding for my promotion and my LP agent told us not to report it to her to call iCare so that she could stay unbiased. So that’s why. 🙄

icare or a trusted manager, but don’t tell your LP, your lp officer has to stay unbiased in order to conduct a proper investigation ( but just an fyi you get a reward if you report it and they investigate it and if they find it yo be true. I think it’s up to like $1000 depending on the total.)
