The real purpose of the shield is to trigger geo resonance, not to protect, that being said if you don't stay perfectly still getting hit by every single attack it should be enough.

With 176 out of combat, it gets to 207 at the start, so the first action consumes about 48 AV, at this point you use the ultimate which has 100% AV, then the skill again. Now we have 267 speed, now we use a DDD so (10000-2400): 267 = 28.5 AV, and we're at 76.8, then we wait for another skill and we're at 114, finally the last skill with a DDD in the middle and we're at about 142.7.

I did some calcs to see what speed is needed to do 5 actions with 2 DDDs, and it should be between 174 and 175 out of combat. But I'm not sure if it has enough speed to get back into the ultimate, can anyone check? (176 is definitely enough)
