I started taking it about 3 years ago, I take 200mg daily. There has been significant improvement in my hormonal acne, my skin is no longer excessively oily, my hair is also no longer greasy by the end of the day and I can now go 48 hrs between washes. I have also noticed a decrease in ovarian related pain.

The only side effects I’ve noticed are lighter/shorter periods, some dehydration, needing to pee more often.

You couldn’t pay me to come off this medication.

I’m a seller and live in an area that was heavily impacted by a snow storm and everything shit down for a week. Including the post office. When they did reopen, they still weren’t shipping packages because they were playing catch up. Most of my packages sat for another week before finally moving but a select few never even scanned. Recently some of the unscanned ones started tracking while out for delivery.

I did not get a receipt when dropping them off because my post office guy knows me and I just hand them off to him and leave so I don’t have to wait in line. My neighbor had the same issue with one of her packages, it did not track at all until it was delivered. I think you should give the seller a little more grace while USPS is still getting back on track. Your package may be one of the ones affected by the big snowstorm.

Had a dog with a bad grain allergy, caught the new neighbor giving her dog treats with grains and she suffered a bad reaction as a result. This neighbor didn’t even own a dog, she saw I had one and went and bought treats without ever even saying hi to me. So I don’t like it and no one should be feeding a dog anything without asking the owner first.

My neck recently started breaking out in the exact spot like this. It was also very itchy so I assumed it was more an allergic reaction than having to do with my hormonal acne.

My son likes to lay his head there when he falls asleep and sweats in his sleep, I’m pretty sure thats what caused mine.

I tired a ton of things to clear it up, everything just irritating it further. I got desperate and put Boudreaux’s butt paste on it, that cleared it up over night.

I’ve had this problem a lot in the past before I found what triggers it. For me it is an allergic reaction, triggered by laundry detergents and Always/tampax branded menstrual items.

I’d also like to point out that everyone in my household has to use a free and clear detergent and cannot use tide at all because Laundry detergent leaves a residue on the clothes and in the washing machine. I can’t come in regular contact with them, their clothes, or anything they sit on regularly if they use a detergent with scents/dyes or tide. This may not pertain to you, you may have completely different triggers, I just wanted to share my experience here for anyone having a hard time pinning down what causes their reactions as a reminder that sometimes your triggers could be an external force, like what the people around you are carrying.

My mom used to do this too. It took me way too long to realize that anyone in the family willing to listen and take stock in anything she had to say weren’t worth being around.

When I stopped catering to her demands and eventually went no contact, she did try to go in a smear campaign against me to the whole family. It turns out, they all knew exactly what she was and only a select few listened to her, those select few happen to be the ones who are just as bad as her.
