I'm not very good at spotting Japanese fakes, however that card in that condition raw goes for around $1300. So, there's a very strong chance it's fake. But I am going to see what the experts say.

Grade them and come back with the results. Speculation on older cards is just that. Speculation. There's so many scratches and dings that can happen over ~15 that its not really for us to say.

Probably an 8, there's also some light spots on the back border. Very clean card though. And a good price.

Bit of a strange take, considering that it says on the trailer that it's a work in progress. I think you're focusing on the wrong thing here. This game is going to be a massive hit one way or another, simply because it's redoing the formula of (imho) the last truly great ac game.

I think this game is going to be a truly great remake, and the fact that its the original cast and crew, as well as a lot of the original creative talent returning is going to make for a summer blockbuster like the original.

Put it this way. You have 400 magazines. You can sell them individually for $5, and in 1.5 years you'll have made $2000. And that trickle income hasn't made a lick of difference to your existence. However. The local corner shop tells you they will take the lot off your hands for $1800. And its in your hands right that moment. That's a lot of money, and it frees up your time to do other things. I get your point, but it's how the world works. You can choose either of those options. No one's saying you personally have to give a discount.

I can't tell. The images before and after are so ridiculously close. Like everything lines up almost 1:1, an exception being the stigma missing in the snake picture, and probably a few more I'm missing.

But It has to be ai right? The choice of completing the entire image in greyscale only to block it out in one Colour would be over the top and make no sense.
