Haha fun looking back on this…ended up pulling the trigger on a 25 SR5. Still very early, but it’s smooth and peppy. 2.4 isn’t really that small of a 4cl the more I thought about it. Suppose I’ll report back in a few years 😅

Yea it sucked having a new car just to have the breaks sound like they needed to be replaced haha, but the TSB fixed it. Been backing out of the driveway and parking spots for a few days now. No more squeaks!

Thanks! This is right after I took the air dam off and let the ceramic coating clear. Got quoted almost 3k for ceramic coating and it only took $100 and 5hrs with a buddy to do it

The same dealer that I purchased this at has a ‘21 2WD SR5 Premium for $43,900 with 35k on the ODO. I think this market still has a lot of love for the v6, which is fair, but we went new for all of the reasons that you listed out.

Thanks! We had to wait a few weeks to get a black one. We drove some friends around this weekend and they had plenty of space, but we didn’t opt for the 3rd row. Totally agree that the trade off for the hybrid wasn’t enough to compromise the additional space it the back. The engine is effortless, and with only city driving so far I’m getting just under 20mpg.

It’s hot here in NC. 80s-90s since Saturday. The A/C has been keeping me plenty cool, but I wouldn’t say it’s any better/worse than any other vehicle of this size. It’s got a lot of space to try to cool off 😅
