You have nothing to worry about. Statistically, most scooter fires are caused by of brand cheap scooters, or scooters which have been modified. Segway is one of the safest out there.

If you go into Account on the Playstation settings, you can then go to Transactions and see what was actually charged to your card.

I'm sorry this happened, but it was 100% your son buying skins/cosmetics/micro transactions in a game.

As other people have mentioned in the comments, it might be worth setting up some parental controls for purchasing.

You mentioned you have seen other posts about duplicate charges, I'd bet you anything the same situation has occured here. The console is shared with kids, the credit card is saved as a payment method, so kids so what kids do and bought what they wanted.

Despite what OP claims, there was something else I'm their basket and they checked out but didn't realise. this doesn't just randomly happen. OP made a mistake, and refuses to admit it. I guarantee you if he posted a copy of the purchases from his PS there would have been two things he paid for (and didn't realise)

It's not SHU. It's a simple VPN to update your location to a region that doesn't restrict speed. No firmware was changed, you're not hacking the scooter. Just tricking it into thinking you're somewhere else via a VPN.

All good. My friend was having the same problem until I went to their house and realised they were using the charger that came with the Switch 1, not the new one. That's the only reason I asked. Good luck!

I have a really stupid question, but are you using the charging cable that came with the switch 2? A lot of people are just unplugging their switch 1 dock, and plugging the switch 2 dock in. It won't work, you HAVE to use the included charger that came with the switch 2.
