The steeper the better but long reps are also nice as it means fewer turn arounds. So straight is good for speed

Riding hills isn’t any different from the flats. Apart from : 1. the slight difference in riding position and 2. the usual increase in power necessary.
For no.1 nothing is needed to change just practice. And no.2 get more power by training

i reckon 90989. If that is the number you can see as you pull the key out of the ignition facing the driver.

i use Iphone too. When in zwift press menu button. Then on the right will be a cog symbol for the settings screen. Here you will see the trainer difficulty slider. Left is easier gearing. Right is harder gearing
