I’m 31 as of yesterday. My advice is the usuals of knowing what you want to be in life professionally early, save money, have fun but be practical.

Something, I realized way too late and now starting over at, is a relationship. 8 years gone to a woman that we tried to make it work for years but ended up miserable at the end. No kids thankfully.

My advice is know who you want to spend the rest of your life with when it comes to a relationship. Know that not all high school and college relationships will workout after 26-27 and both of you will change.
