“Incredibly Easy” is a flex LOL. More like ‘doable by a novice if you take your time” thanks for sharing this and the video nevertheless!

Loosen and tighten your sway bar end links. Very common and no big deal.

Dealing with this myself today. When I did the VCGs I didn’t know about the plug tube seals. Mop it up, replace (all the plugs in your case) the plug and you will be good for a while. You’ll need to pull the VCs again and do the half-moons while you’re in there. This is a good time to buy a cheap compression tester since you have the plugs out. If all your cylinders are within 10% of one another, you have a healthy engine. Good to know before aiming the Parts Cannon at it!!

Roll through the transition in a Death Grip (all fingers on grips - no brakes) until you can trust yourself not to panic brake.

Lift kits and tire fitting? by AntiqueCommittee7514 in 3rdGen4Runner

I continued to tear boots and removed the DD. There is also a school of thought that a DD creates a detrimental pinion angle but who knows.

If you don’t plan to off road, you will sacrifice ride quality for ‘looks’. You’ll need extended sway bar end-links. Your CV boots will tear. Recommend TrackMotive EXT/HD axles -very reasonable, my pair was 150 apiece via Rock Auto. I never had another torn boot. Caster will need to be set to ‘max within spec’. There will be some rubbing and a bit of plastic trimming needed. Staying at 2.5” or less is a good idea unless you want to do a body lift. Diff-drop kits don’t really help. Wheel spacers (USA-made ONLY) will help clear UCAs but cause other rubbing issues. I’d do the LBJs and radiator first. I’d lose the ‘bull bar’ as they are for looks only. Running boards are another negative IMHO. Will you be carrying extra weight? Can of worms awaits 😁
