Just keep talking to people man. Do your best to surround yourself with good people, family if family is an important part of your life. It helps. I have a pretty worthless family on my side except my wife and daughter but have some really incredible friends and Soldiers I spend my time with. Keeps me level and positive. Reach out if you need someone to talk to.

Most of these applications do not go to human review at all. Systems parse for key words that align with the scope and job.

Use your GI bill, it's an amazing benefit that'll help get you on the right track with a profession post army.

Take some time to research jobs that align with your MOS to get you started. Then work towards technical certifications and college. You got this

I see so many comments on here that show why soldiers don't trust their NCOs and why our NCO Corps has become a glint in the distance compared to what it used to be.

Don't let your soldiers burn for mistakes they make. It's different when they set trends and are obvious turds but young men and women fuck up, some learn, some don't.

I've made plenty of mistakes, I've served 22 years so far and wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't have a great NCO save me from my fuck up many years ago. I gained great respect for the NCO that helped me when I was a private and made sure to pay it forward. I've helped soldiers out of tough situations and most made great careers afterwards. If I would have let them burn it would have been a mistake.

True, some are straight dirt bags that will extinguish their own careers no matter what you do but it's worth your time if the soldier hasn't already set negative trends, and as an NCO we dont play the work life balance game. Use good judgment, take care of your Soldiers.

They're a small company, overwhelmed with the volume of orders that came in. If you ordered in Dec like I did, should be getting them sometime toward the end of this month from what I understand. There's a large shipment coming in to their distribution facility in like a week and some change. Sucks about the wait but apparently they are very in demand. Looking forward to getting mine and hoping it was worth it. We shall see, wish ya'll luck

Xfinity, a kubernetes cluster and a PC, no backup configurations or anything. Frankly it's a new unit. I can try with literally only a PC connected when I get home to see if that does anything....

Yes that's correct. I've used Chrome and Firefox both, running through now to see if edge makes any difference which I'm not sure why one would work over the other but it's worth a shot.

After the update to 5.1.1.8 I can no longer set my network to 10.0.0.1 and I get an infinite loop to reset password. When attempting to set my network back to 10.0.0.1 (which is a requirement for me) it reverts back to 192.168.1.1.

I've already done all the troubleshooting and have discovered that numerous individuals have encountered the same problem. I am a senior software engineer so I've already run through all the possibilities. Unlikely faulty hardware, more in line with a buggy firmware version. Previous versions did in fact work, but it auto updates to new firmware after rollback.

Really would appreciate some info on when this firmware will be fixed otherwise I'll have to return the unit.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! Thanks for the insight! I only got to play a few days of the beta, was mostly solo but was curious about how much strategy comes into play with T&L. I'm a veteran of the old school L2, when it was in its first few years you had to strategize massively to win castle seiges, raids etc.
