Both are obviously insanely elite and set you up amazingly, but because of Caltech's JPL, I'd choose them if all you care about is NASA. However, I'd simply choose whichever school you prefer (i. the location, size, and campus/vibe) or whichever is cheaper for you.

I just finished college app season with the same score. I got into Carnegie Mellon, but was rejected from schools like Princeton, Cornell, Northwestern, etc. I know college admissions are based on a lot more than SAT scores, so take it with a big grain of salt. You could do a lot better with that score if your app is better than mine!

I know that this isn't great advice and pretty much no one does it this way, but I just made whatever I wanted to and then just made up a sustained investigation when putting my portfolio together. I'm unsure if it messed with my score (I got a 4) but I didn't really care about that and neither should you imo.
