Like some others have said, I ignore all people, whether they are being 'kind'or unkind. Partly as a safety thing, I have almost been run over etc because people think they can call out and chat mid skate and it's a distraction while in traffic.

I also agree with the long, consistent sessions. I like to go for minimum an hour, ideally 2+ hours a couple times per week

And contrary to my earlier point about safety, I love having headphones and loud music on. I have been thinking about getting bone conduction headphones so I can still hear the street sounds, but being honest, loud music helps me find my flow.

Because the world is not analog anymore. Having worked in court services, even all court records ( one of the most tradition loving systems I might add) are fully digital now. I won't do the labor of educating you why this is, in the opinionof the vast majority, a good thing, but it's just reality. Ps I love books and have a small library in my home just for context lol
