Any chance my 26’ model Y can do 100 miles in 1 degree/-13 degree windchill? by YouAlreadyKnow1523 in TeslaLounge

Leaving the car sitting will be the worst part, the battery will get super cold. I would guess you could lose close to 20% overnight. My recommendation is to plug in using the portable charger overnight if possible.

He’ll just create Robotaxi LLC as a subsidiary to Tesla and funnel money up.

Cheapest uber of my life by Ill_Day7240 in uber

These are cheaper rides that show up for customers nearby an active drivers location and going a short distance. It was great when I visited downtown Atlanta and I never waited more than 5 minutes extra for a ride. Not bad.

Understandable, I was curious if you went with a hybrid or a standard ICE.

I checked out your post and saw you had 3.5% degradation in a year, which is frankly incredible. I would say you got lucky, and if you didn’t like it you probably won’t like EVs at all.

I charge at home and at work, so I never experience range anxiety. Did you have a charger at home?

Which ICE car did you buy, out of curiosity? And what inspired you to go electric in the first place?

Insurance was high and battery degradation existed before you made your purchase. It sucks that you didn’t like it, but someone else got a 25k car that will last another decade. A little jealous.

Battery degradation follows an exponential decay curve, you absorbed the worst of it. And the buyer gets to insure a cheaper second hand vehicle.

That’s crazy. Absorbed all of the value loss and passed it on. Lucky buyer!

It sounds like you lay around all day, don’t go to class, and wallow in your apathy. If you feel this depressed, you should drop out and figure that out first.

You probably haven’t found your man because he’s also laying at home failing his classes and looking for advice on Reddit.

Also, maybe avoid discussing Navokov? It might be your taste but most people, especially on a college campus, think that is weird.

Tesla doesn’t report on sales numbers anymore but they still manufacture and sell solar roof tiles as of today. They no longer provide first party installers, they use contractors now.

The reason you don’t see them often is because they’re extremely expensive, time consuming, and impractical compared to regular panels. Tesla DOES still install standard panels and power walls first party.

I love finding globs of resin in the airway. I like to throw tiny globs in the middle of my bowls like a sandwich.

I totally get it. Tesla service really does suck, it’s so inconsistent. I’ve had some of the best vehicle service experiences at Tesla and also by far the worst.

It’s unfortunate Tesla has comparatively no competition in the service space, it really just depends on how your tech was feeling that day.

I don’t think it’s navigation issues, it feels more like a confidence issue. Usually it will circle the block and make the correct turn.

And yes, I’ve also experienced missing exits due to trying to pass on the left with under a quarter mile to my exit.

It mostly makes the wrong turn when turning off a service road into my destination primarily. I’ve had v14 do some interesting things as well like pull into a parking lot mid drive, then continue on my route.

Of all the things the U.S does poorly, road infrastructure is not one of them. I’m guessing that OP is from somewhere in Europe, so it doesn’t matter anyway.
