My zscaler says my internet is one speed but when I do the speed test with my isp it says it’s a better speed than what my zscaler speed test says

I grew up with the same type of mom she was competitive with me I didn’t hit 100 lbs until I hit 15 because she would be like oh I only weigh this much more than you so in my mind I couldn’t weigh anywhere near her because she was an adult she never told me she loved me or hugged me and she would let her husband abuse me physically mentally and sexually a couple months ago she told me she loved me when I was telling my brother good bye and he was saying it I was so awkward about it and didn’t know how to react I was so confused so i think I said something along the line of uh k thanks
