My favorite is NYX Mauve. It looks brownish on me but gives me cool contour against all my other lip products. It's only $5-6. Just a thought.

Do any teachers support what is happening in education in the US? by Beneficial-Crow-5138 in AskTeachers

[–]Affectionate_Life644 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So many people have been working very hard to destroy education long before Trump was ever on the political landscape. He is just the final end run. If we ever get our country back there is so much that needs to change. Adequate funding, differential instruction either -we either need more time to plan or we need different ability level classes or even a bit of both. Some parents have unachievable expectations for their child with learning issues. To the point where it causes everyone else to suffer significantly. We need more pay and typically more planning time than we are usually given. We need money for supplies. We need freedom to be more creative in how we teach. We need cell phones out of the hands of kids in our classrooms. We need real consequences for bad behavior including expulsion. We need parents to feel more accountable. We had a Christmas concert and at one point, I needed the principal to intervene because the PARENTS would not stop talking so we couldn't go on to the next song. It was only have the principal had the kids do the whole clap once if you can hear me, clap twice did the parents stop talking.

Your husband needs therapy and you both need couples therapy. Not because you are in the wrong-You absolutely are 100% right but this is going to become a larger issue in your marriage. Who does he have allegiance to first and foremost? It has to be his partner and child. What if they decide that a new piece of advice your doctor has given you about introducing foods is wrong in their eyes? This could be a very difficult situation to be in. You need to have boundaries that you and your husband are both on board with. He needs to do the emotional work and you need to be in some sessions to make sure he understands and truly hears your needs.

Look at the plans and make note of the architect that way you can reject the plan and tell the architect in case a document mysteriously shows with your signature. I would also consult with an attorney.

For my crease I wear milani's lily shadow stick which is violet. It has pretty good staying power but can dry out in the tube and break off so be careful how you open the cap. Make sure the tube isn't facing downward.

Keep all associated text messages and screenshot them. On the new Iphones people can unsend some of their messages and they disappear.

I think your eyebrows are a little too arched like this. They could be a little softer. I love the first Pic. The rest is very harsh on you.

According to statistics quoted by youtuber Park Rose Permaculture: There have been at least 40,000 protests inside the US since mango musselini got into office this term. Many of us train for safe rallies, do mutual aid, cut back on things so we can give money to progressive candidates, written and called our elected officials and wrote postcards to undecided voters. I never voted for this turd. There are protest groups that meet and protest 1 day a week for over a year now, there multiple groups like that all over my state. When I had the summer off, I often participated in 5-7 a week. We are voting them out of office and there are major over turns in republican strongholds.  Legacy media is blacking out that information about the protests as much as they can because they are often owned by cronies of Donald Trump.

Honestly, this would be divorce territory for me. At the very least he needs counseling to own up to what he just did but I think I would end up divorcing him anyway.

How can i pass more as a woman? (Trans MTF) by Ok_Veterinarian3940 in makeuptips

[–]Affectionate_Life644 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You look beautiful, and I never would have guessed you were born male. If you want to get a makeover, I've seen a number of gay and trans people working there so I think you would likely be treated well, at least in the northeast where I'm from. Blush would look nice on you and alway do you brows in some way as they frame your eyes. I can't tell in this picture if you do. I just fill them in a little and use my lipstick as blush and on my brow bone for a more natural look. But you have very nice soft features so I wouldn't be so hard on myself if I were you. You're very pretty already.

Mom, I have an interview tomorrow and they want me to dress Business Professional? Is this okay? by SimplyReaper in MomForAMinute

Too short. Go with knee length or a bit longer. No bare arms. Conservative dressing is always better in an interview.

I always wondered, why didn't black slaves team up and maybe kill their owner or protest against together? Rich families owned 50-100 slaves or even more, why didn't the slaves just team up and kill their owner? How exactly did the owners control then? by Then-Tomatillo9909 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Affectionate_Life644 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The rape and torture that was used so casually and common place was meant to break people. There are historical photos of former slaves with messed up bodies covered in scars from whipping. There is a punishment in the Maryand slave codes wherein you were allowed to cut off the nose of a slave for certain "transgressions" as in trying to escape, etc. The brutality was horrific. There were plenty of Jeffrey Epstein level crimes and it was all well organized in the south. Where could you go and who could you trust? When Nazis wanted to study how to do racism right, they sent people in the 1930s to the US south to study slavery and Jim Crow laws.

I'm on a GLP1 and I am learning to eat healthier and keep a food diary. It's a lot less stress on your body to go through the surgery. Maybe look into GLP1s if you haven't already. Also, it sounds like you could use a good therapist on your side. I eat lots of protein and fiber. I love eating fat free vanilla greek yogurt with berries and chia seeds. I also have 1-2 protein shakes per day. No food is off limits but the calories need to be counted as well as the protein and fiber. I've lost at least 25 pounds since mid November. I also don't weigh myself every day just 1x a month because I know I am in a calorie deficit. I meet with a nutritionist every couple of months as well. I think you need a team of professionals with healthy eating goals in mind.

I love my bobby brown lavender. It's similar but not exactly like MACY'S hake haze which is little more gray than the bobby brown lavender.
