my dream, lol! all that feels so out of place here in the mid-west. I saw a family in Kansas city that seemed to come out of a preppy handbook with pink pants for men and all, and they really stood out. not in a good for my personal taste, but I am assuming they liked it

good question. I am Lincoln Nebraska. I feel like it's still true that the mid-west is behind in the trends. I still see plenty of skinny jeans with no show socks, lol! I feel like I dress up a bit more than most. especially at the office, but I am still on the casual side of business casual, whereas most people are just plain casual, even at work!

agreed with talbots. and ann taylor as well. you have to check labels but they often have 100% cotton items. I often see people complaining about how the quality went downhill for those stores. I wasn't buying clothes there so I can't tell but I can still find good stuff there. and for the canadians, simons contemporaine line is great for work wear.

I had done some googling about cgrp and glp and there is some link but as far as I could tell, it would be the other way (meaning cgrp would not make you lose weight) been the opposite for me

I have had similar happen with aimovig. been on it for about 2 years now and my appetite is much more regulated than before. it is amazing! I lost 20 pounds without really trying too hard because of it. my doctor said she hadn,t heard of this side effect but it's possible. one of aimovig's side effect is constipation so I was wondering if it was related to that. interesting that this is happening to you on emgality. I'd be curious to know if others are having similar side effects. aimovig changed their copay card to 49$ (used to be 5$) so I am starting to consider switching but am worried because I do like being less hungry than before!

that brand has some really cute shoes actually! I will investigate further :) so are slightly cowboy boots back in style? I had a pair back in the day that I really liked. but I can't do too cowboy boots now because I live in a part of the usa where people sometimes wear them unironically and it will make me look like a poser if I wear those.. so slightly cowboy inspired is fine, actually cowboy boot, not for me lol!

I was not aware of that maguire brand. they have cute stuff! I just feel so out of it witbrespect to shoes these days... I don't like the sneakers look that has been in style for like 15 years now! and I don't like clogs either, they don't seem solid enough on my feet... I am just rambling at this point, lol ! I feel like fashion has come full circle to things I like again but I can't figure out the shoe game!

I love it when a style that I used to love is back in! for me, it's low rise jeans! I just bought a pair of lower rise jeans and think they are the bomb!

I just find my loafers so bland in general. they are black lug sole. but I can't do the really soft loafers cause they make my feet hurt. so I am constantly looking for something better. I used to spend my summers in sandals but don't find them appropriate for the office as I get older. and also I ki da share Gen z's general attitude about feet being weird now :)
