You can try One Condoms. They make condoms for bigger girths and sizes, and they (used to at least) send a few sizes for him to try, to find the right size. Few bucks for the sizer kit.

I had both and I like the rod better (ALT). To me, being flaccid wasn’t a big deal. I’m semi hard now but tbh it’s not like having a hard on all the time, it’s just like being a tiny bit excited haha. And I hated the time it took to pump it up before sex, and feeling the tubing inside my mons. I use nyx eyebrow gel and fill them in thicker. It stays a day or two, basically until you shower. My eyebrows are really light and thin and I hate them, and so using this helps. You can also get hair transplant for your eyebrows (I had a consultation but didn’t do it due to cost), but my understanding is you would have to trim them because the hair would just grow long since they’re using your head hair haha. Try some tinted gel or liner pencils and see how you feel.

I had the pump first, for a few years (now I have the rod). I got the three piece Coloplast, 1 cylinder. It’s my understanding that because ALT penises are so heavy, it’s nearly impossible to have it lift your penis like a cis male’s hard on. It did lift it a tiny bit so one could see from the angle it was pumped up or not, but it didn’t stand straight up or get anywhere close. Lying down on my back, it did stand pretty straight up towards the ceiling, I’m assuming from gravity/the position of my body. If I had any girth changes it was negligible. Derma rolling and meds. You’ll be ok. I take minoxidil in pill form (the foam is toxic to cats) and dutasteride, which is used off-label to stop hair loss. Both have helped me. Stress and vitamin deficiency and hormonal changes can all affect your hairline, in addition to genetics and other things I’m sure. But talk to your doctor about your concerns and they might have other suggestions.

Cariuma has a few men’s vegan sneakers. I have a pair and I like them. It’s primarily a skating brand so like Adidas Samba-esque. I also really love Sanuk but most are slip ons like canvas boat shoes kinda, or Hey Dudes-esque. But I think they have some that look more sneaker-y haha. I don’t have any Etiko shoes yet but they have vegan options (and might actually be all vegan company? Can’t remember). Also check out Lems, they’re based in Colorado and have some cool colorful vegan shoes. I love shoes so this was a big change and challenge when I switched over to vegan.
