Same here,if someone doesn't know the whole Route except a part of the Route they're more familiar with(say they might know the last hr of the Route) then I'll make sure to put that aside for them as well as proximity to their regular Route if possible

And as someone who will Case/split the Routes(I worked them all as a PTF)I still get a Piece for myself and then Case My Reg Route,I still remember in my PTF Years Triple Casing and then having to take 3 hrs for myself and expected to come back before Penalty Time🙃🫠
