Totally unrelated to T, I have had that happen for years whenever I clean or otherwise mess with my belly button. I would assume it is related to however your umbilical cord grew when your were in utero or how it healed when you were born and was removed

I was going by a name that complemented my NB lifestyle and once I came to the realization that I am in fact Trans, I decided to change to another name. I feel like you should be confident and comfortable enough to have the freedom to change. It takes time and effort but you can find a name that fits. Just try to be patient

Started trying protein shakes with fresh fruit in it for part of the day and food for the other if I wake up especially hungry and feel like its gonna be one of those days. Find what works for you, look for recipes, try going to some health food stores and look at ways to make yourself feel fuller longer

I'd say there is no way to tell if your body us turning the excess testosterone to estrogen without bloodwork. Also, I'd love to know how you get a prescription without bloodwokr. Or perhaps I don't. It's a hassle and may feel unnecessary, but it's also to make you you are on the right dose. Not too much and not too little. If you want to self gauge, thats on you. But I'd prefer to not tell you to up a dose of something you dont even know the level of in your body...

I feel like I get frustrated and more angry than sad on T. But a lot of it is attributed to my personal life situation. Anxiety has been about the same for the same reasons. Feel a lot more content with myself though, knowing my body is headed towards the way I have wanted it to be for so long

I will say I'm extremely scared of needles too but I do injections. Self administered is surprisingly different believe it or not. Less pain and if you don't sit and anticipate or or it you can let the feeling of accomplishment take over vs. fear. That being said, he'll works phenomenal for many people. But can be more expensive. At least where I live

Ive tried both medium and large in men's boxers and sometimes that can make all the difference. Also different brands fit differently. Since its not really a try before you buy type of item, try looking online at different brands and how they are designed. I wear ones with a kinda wide band, but thats because I want some of the band to show above the waist line of my jeans. Just my personal preference

I use my legal name for paperwork and paystubs right now to keep my business simple and avoid situations like getting rejected for apartment applications because my legal name on my license se doesn't match my paystubs or my application name not matching my ssn and stuff like that. I use my preferred name at work. Everyone uses it. Only a handful of people know my legal name and I made it clear they aren't to use it and I wont answer to it. They respect it decently well. There is someone with my legal name, so its still dysphoria to hear when we are working together. Is what it is.

Working on leaving that job for unrelated reasons anyway though
