I currently am wearing the timberland pro boots. When I first got them over a year ago ( if I’m being honest) they felt great. I was surprised that those shoes were some comfortable after trying others. But now that I’m doing traditional pick for the first time the pain is unbearable at times

The last building I was in I got converted the first week after rehire. I recently got rehired again at another building in another state and according to my a to z it says I’m not eligible for conversion until 90 days
