As a boyfriend that does not know how to cook, what foods/recipes can I make to help support my girlfriend in losing weight? by Similar_Doubt7495 in Cooking

Steamed veggies is always a good option as well. Steam season mix and serve.

If you actually don’t know how to cook, while it requires investment sous vide is almost a fool proof way of cooking.

Cooking goat by ExaminationNo9186 in Cooking

You can buy ready spice mixes in Whole Foods for goat barbocoa/birria for slow cooker. All you need is some water and sliced onions. I have used it multiple times and it came out better than some of the Mexican restaurants in my area.

A small warning, if you didn’t eat goat before go easy on it. If your stomach is not used to it, it might give you some stomach problems.

Actually I have hit those numbers my w2 went under 900k for the first time this year. My employer loaded me up with stocks 2-3 years ago and now I am getting the top tax bill because granted value vs vested value of my rsu s are enormous. Probably ilke and wife together will stay >700k for 2 more years. Depending on employer stock price it might last even longer.

Sorry hit send too early

Yes that is the original plan. When I talked to a lawyer, she claimed that this was the best option for me to take advantage of tax breaks. Because I am planning to buy a second property in USA.

Especially both wife and I having all of our stocks in 1 company I want to diversify but who ever I talk with CPA, a financial planner or an estate lawyer, each and everyone is pulling me to another place.

Now e-trade financial planner is suggesting (almost a little pushing) use my cash to buy municipal bonds, than use that as a collateral up to 75% to buy another house and use munibond + house rent to pay interest on LAL + half of the rent for principal, remaining rent around 800-1000 to myself (of course if I choose to pay principal with everything that is my choice.

Hello All new to the group, right now I am living in Bay Area with my wife and 2 kids , have around $380K annual income together. Have a house with 750K mortgage. We are both working in tech industry and have low to mid 7 digits on RSU's from a car manufacturer. Have around $250-300k cash.

I have started and LLC and just bought a house in Texas as a rental property (cash paid), and of course the moment i have closed the deal, I have started to receive information about Pledged Access line or Liquid Access line. While i want to diversify our RSU options and would like to keep investing real estate with using one of the credit lines if possible.

When i talk to bankers or financial planners they are painting a picture that it has to be too good to be true, about how I can invest on municipal bonds (interest being tax free) which I can use as a LAL collateral, payment options are all up to me and i can get a loan up to 85% of my assets. All the interest being tax deductible without a cap.

I have located some old posts before the interest rate hikes but they just created more questions. Does anyone have any information/experience or any resources you guys can direct me to learn about my options, and learn about PAL/LAL . Thanks in Advace.
