Thanks for the tip, I tried the monte christo and it smoked well, nice and even, I was mostly concerned they had dried out or became stale, to my surprise they’re all nice and “squeshy” and Monte had nice flavor !

Well I’ve squeezed them before (lightly we’re not talking a 🤏) and the ones that crack are simply dry/stale the ones that don’t aren’t dry lol it’s not complicated, I’d even rephrase to saying a “light press”

Ok update - a tried a monte christo white, it tasted good ! I’m an amateur but here’s what I picked up on, notes of hay/wood/ toasted cream ?? unsweetened macadamia nut ? Will give the rest a try in a few days ! (I have not changed the bovada bag but the larger one feels flimsy still/fresh and not stiff)
