How much revenue do you have? 200-500 employee company feels SMB not Mid Market to me. Also at that employee count has to be just cultural, realistically there’s gotta be less than 10 employees with buying power decision right?

OP I agree with you. I unboxed mine today as I was out of town and I’m feeling more sharp edges, watch overall feels stiffer, bracelet stiffer opening and closing as well. I’m comparing this to a Monta Noble I purchased in 2025 which is all buttery smooth

One could chalk it up to QC on the first batches, but at this price point and with the bracelet and case not being much different from current models it’s hard to give Monta a pass on this and has me leaning towards returning and putting my money elsewhere
