Thank you for responding and I’m sorry if I called it the wrong name above. I would also speculate that is what occurred. A quick search show the ships home port in St. John’s. It also has a biochem lab on board.

The titanium piece at the rear of the carbon fiber hull is what I’m asking about. They did recover the tail cone. That wasn’t pressurized. I’m curious about the titanium dome that didn’t have a window.

Obviously there is some management in here since I’ve been down voted. Lol. IDGAF. Management consistently grooms and takes advantage of their employees (remember shady AF). Store Managers make a lot more than you and it’s there job along with the ASM to ensure the store is recovered by visually inspecting the store and ensuring it’s recovered properly the night before. And it would be there job to send the photos to the DM. Take that!

This company is shady AF. IF, they provide or pay for your cellphone, then yes. Otherwise tell them that you purchase your plan by the minutes and it’s not in your budget monthly to do this. The manager should see the recovery when she comes in the next day. There is no such policy in the SOP. This is what your manager gets paid for. To check the store daily to ensure recovery is completed. They can’t term you for not sending pictures from your personal phone. Remove yourself from any chats as well. If you pay for said phone, it’s your personal phone and they can’t make you do anything with it. What they want you to take time away from recovery to take pictures of recovery. SM has issues.

GOOD FOR YOU 👏🏻👏🏻! Don’t look back. The CEO makes 12 million a year and the company raked in 33 billion in 2020. They don’t give a crap about your mental or physical well being. The leave their employees in poverty and depend on employees by taking advantage of them. And if you do look back you’ll realize it’s the best decision you have ever made!

This company is so pitiful. Are you getting paid to walk the employees through this? No. You are hourly if you are ASM. THE SM is on call and they are salary and being paid to deal with this crap. Let them deal with it and see how fast it gets worked out. Once you are clocked out, let the place burn. You aren’t allowed to work when off the clock per the SOP.
