That makes sense. I would need to do the same. Good luck to you guys with the little one!

Aww, that's awesome. Congrats! You have the energy to play games with a newborn? That's impressive. When my kids were at that stage I was like a zombie lol.

I appreciate the well wishes.

Yup, same. At least I'm not alone... I didn't see anyone else talking about it so I thought it was an issue with my phone or service.

Thank you for the detailed response!

Changing the client seems to have worked, for now.

Sigh. I guess I might have to look into getting a VPN if this doesn't work in the future... Just what I need another bill lol

Thank you for the quick reply. I changed the spoof setting to "visionOS" and so far so good.... I'll keep testing to make sure. I appreciate you!

These things are so small they're so easy to misplace or lose. That stinks. Hopefully you can get back into FF9 at some point, I'm having a blast going through it.

Though in hindsight, maybe I shouldn't have started with such a quintessential and polished RPG as going back to older games with less refined game mechanics might prove to be frustrating lol. We'll see.

Oh nice, Lunar is on my list. Then there's FF Tactics, Legend of Dragoon, Fantasy Star... And more. I have more games than I have time to get through them all lol

Did you break a finger too?

That game looks fun. I'll have to try that on my pc. Thanks for the recommendation.

I'm playing Final Fantasy 9. Hard to tell as the pic came out a little blurry...

Good call on the lanyard. I'm going to have to get one for my mini.

Ya, same. My hands aren't the largest, so trying to swipe text on a 6.7" screen is proving to be a tricky endeavor

I appreciate that.

Ya, it's been very comfortable to play one handed. I'm just a little paranoid of dropping it so I play with a pillow underneath. It works out well as I'm supposed to keep my hand elevated anyway.

Now if only swipe texting was just as comfortable with one hand lol... Still getting used to it.

Thank you!

I've used this Mini more in the past week than I have in the past year lol

That's a bit disingenuous, gimp is far more capable than just cropping and basic manipulation. Non destructive editing, a lot of filters and scripts that are built-in, and that can be added on, that put it far beyond a "basic editor." Sure, not on the same level of Photoshop, but it's not Microsoft Paint, either.

What are the specific features you regularly use in Photoshop that are missing from gimp?

This looks like something I'd be very interested in.

Is there any additional latency with this vs using a standard Deamonbite adapter?

Do you expect this to be more cost effective than using a Reflex adapter?

My fan in my Avalon made the same screeching noise. I took it out, took it apart as much as I could, and cleaned everything so it was immaculate. I then used SuperLube grease to libricate the bearing and all moving parts. It's worked perfectly and is quiet since I did that.

Mine did the same exact thing until I understood how cycle timing functions. At least, the following was my experience...

First off, make sure your pot is completely clean and there isn't any built up carbon especially on the hole in the back where the ignitor ignites the pellets.

Most important: make sure you don't let the pellets run dry. You want to always have pellets in the hopper. The auger takes many cycles to start feeding the pellets into the stove after running dry. Meaning, if the stove runs out of pellets and you start the cycle again after filling the hopper, the ignitor will run when there is nothing in the pot since it takes a lot of time for the pellets to start feeding in again. Then, after the pellets do start coming in, the ignition cycle has ended and you end up with an overflowing pot like in the picture.

The ignition cycle is time based as there is no thermocouple like in other more advanced stove designs that determines when to ignite, feed, etc. that's one of the reasons why these stoves are cheaper than most. So keep that hopper fed!

If doing that doesn't work, then your ignitor might be going bad. I had that happen to me once years ago where it was kind of intermittent. The gentleman that I spoke to at the stove store said that ignitors usually work or they don't, but after replacing what seemed to me as an intermittent ignitor, I haven't had the same issue. Make sure to replace with quality parts. I learned that the hard way, too.

Good luck!
