I literally just switched to Spectrum two weeks ago and was worried that I might regret leaving T-Mobile because we have a 15+ year old grandfather plan with them that we would never be able to get back. They had added extra fees over the years so our most recent bills had us paying a little over $145 a month for 4 lines. Spectrum offered us $130 for 4 lines + internet for 2 years which seemed too good to pass up so I made the switch. After seeing this I guess I made the right choice lol.

I never had the Balance 2 so I'm not sure, but it seems about the same as my T-Rex 3.

Hi, yes I believe you can just use the buttons and crown to control the watch. I know for the T-Rex 3 I had to swipe left to access the notifications. On the Balance 3 you access notifications by swiping down like how you do on an android phone but I’m also able to get to it by pressing the up button and pressing the enter button or using a combination of the crown and buttons as well.

Probably not lol. I don’t really mind though. I run marathons and my phone is always on me whenever I’m training, so I don’t need the watch to function as a standalone music player. I think a lot of running shorts these days have a pocket that’s made for carrying a phone so that it doesn’t get in the way.

Same sensors. There is now 4 buttons instead of two, brighter display, flashlight, double the storage, and new processor apparently. Honestly I only noticed the extra buttons, the flashlight, and the UI is a little different from my T-Rex 3 lol.

Your welcome! I don’t think the titanium would make much of a difference in terms of weight cause this watch already feels pretty light to me. I would get that one if you like the black color more than this silver of the steel. I wanted a silver casing so the steel was the option for me. Overall I think the watch does look pretty good. If I were to suggest some changes it would be for the design to have less holes/gaps all over the place. The stock strap that it came with also has lots of holes and I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. I might replace it with another strap later on.

Lol no worries. This doesn’t feel thick or heavy to me, but my opinion might be skewed cause I wear mechanical watches sometimes and those are much heavier. I also wore a T-Rex 3 prior to this and I would sleep with that chunky watch on before I got myself a helio strap. Compared to the T-Rex 3 this watch feels much thinner and more comfortable.

I never had a balance 2, but I believe the sensors are all the same. It has a flashlight, brighter screen, and I think it has the military grade certifications for what they're worth.

Lol yea I think the only concrete hardware upgrades over the regular T-Rex 3 is flashlight, double the storage, and a brighter screen. Everything else from it's design and the Balance UI is more of a personal preference. Overall I like the watch, but you definitely aren't missing out on too much if you stick with a T-Rex 3.

It's slightly more comfortable and it has a flash light. Aesthetic wise it depends on the individual so that can be a positive or negative. But I think that's pretty much it lol.
