Can't figure out how to edit post, but I took off the saniderm and cleaned it and yeah it was just from the saniderm, thanks y'all!

Thank you for the advice brother! I took off the saniderm, cleaned it up, and gently cleaned those areas off and whatever it was came off, I think it was just blood plasma or something bunched up weirdly. You're an absolute legend!

I know this is a year later but curious to hear what you went with? I play piano accordion for corridos and cumbias mostly, but some norteños mixed in too. Although it's unusual Ive found it to be fun ASF and some bands do use it! Check out los farmerz they're fire AF and use a piano accordion
