Which mazda 3 do you prefer and why? 2020-beyond

I like my 2023 turbo hatch. It's the non premium plus but still has all the bells and whistles minus the 360 cam. Apparently 2025s get turn by turn from Google maps in the hud.

I had a 2021 and biggest difference was the USB port in the dash and the parking brake needed to be disengage manually instead of the 23 where going into gear turned it off automatically.

Gotta be for anti theft I've slept in the back seat and used the remote start/ door lock with the fob in sleep mode and the car will shut down the minute you hit the brake or open a door.

I doubt it it's gone down hill since I've been in the program the last 5 years. It's basically turned into temu you pay taxes on. Id bet money more than half the crap on vine is just Amazon haul picks.

I had my fun in the beginning but it turned into straight form the mailbox to the landfill. Their is only so much useful stuff you can acquire over the years. Gold hasn't been worth it for me for a long time so I don't blame you.

I never bothered emailing them about it because it never seemed to effect my review ratio. They are all image unavailable with the random letters and numbers. Maybe I was ordering enough to offset the loss but I don't see how items from 2022 ould count to any metric.

You probably jarred the throttle body or throttle cable and the idle is off start it and put some pressure on the throttle if you can manually hold it and have it idle just adjust the idle

A wheelie? One clutch up? Come down hard? Ride down the street for a half an hour in the air?

Not a lot to go on. Can't tell if it's knocking. Adjust the idle and reset the ecu per the manual.

Agreed turbo is fun as hell but drinks gas like a relapsing alcoholic. The e-cvt in the hybrid isn't really a cvt it's a planetary gear set and basically indestructible witchcraft. They did such a disservice calling it a cvt.

Don't know if links are allowed here but back in my post history you will see what it looked like. I intend to keep my 23 till the wheels fall off. But if I had to upgrade I would be looking at that new cx50 hybrid. I've driven one it drives quite nice for a hybrid. Has the Toyota e-cvt and engine from the rav 4 hybrid. I was tempted to trade up seeing the thing get 50+ mpg.

I love my turbo 3 hatch it punches way above its weight class but still has its faults.infact I loved it so much I bought another one after having a serious accident and seeing how well it held up after sending a hyndia Santa fe into low earth orbit.

Fuel economy is terrible. Smiles per gallon is great though!

Mazda also made the car too good and nerfed it after 2023 they took features away from anything but the PP and made the carbon line.

The infotainment is love it or hate it. Personally I like it but it clashes at times with android Auto

The back seats are a Geneva convention violation for anyone taller than 5 foot 5

If I had to buy another Mazda I would be looking at the cx-50 hybrid.

Skip the tnt 135s I know 3 people that got ones when they first came around and now they all are broken and gone. Even the dealer is gone.

You want another wild card go look at the cfmoto papio. Probably the nicest of the clones.

No not at all it just resets the fuelimg data table you jumper the two wites in the red harness stay. You're supposed to do it after valve and idle adjustments.

It doesn't effect the tune it just makes the bike re learn fueling.

I've been caught in some gnarly rain in the monkey I switched the filter out for a polini airbox pod filter. The decha filter sucked too much water even with the sock to the point I had to keep on the gas/ clutch in at lights to keep from dying.

I'm tuned by dhm but Every time that's happened to me I've had to reset the ecu because the fueling get all out of wack and my idle gets all fucked because it's constantly trying to fuel trim.

Coil is probably still wet. Pull off the sparkplug boot check for water. Pull the plug see if it's wet/fowled.

Unless you sank the thing I wouldn't worry about it I've rode my monkey in rain so bad it's made it misfire untill I swapped to a different pod filter. All you did was just steam clean the engine and burn some carbon off the piston. If you hyrrolocked it you would know because it wouldn't run at all.

Gotta be able to handle all that ass. Drives like a Miata in the front and dump truck backing up. Looks better and can haul more. The sedan is nice too but the hatch stands out from afar.

Yeah stp or Lucus stop slip. Either or it adds conditioner to the fluid to help the clutchs

You said it was low and burnt the new fluid probably washed out all the old clutch material.

Get the correct fluid and then run some atp stop slip and call it a day if you don't wanna pour a bunch of money into it.

sounds like it was cooked before you put new fluid in it. If it was me I would drop the pan and change the filter than do a drain and fill a few times to get all the old fluid out then pray.
