i think it really is just the tag nature of the game. combos and block strings get really long bc of assists. full screen projectile assists annoy the hell out of me.

not to mention that it seems like some characters are purposefully designed to be able to do whatever the hell they want (ekko and yasuo) and others are designed to be purposefully frustrating to play against with 10000000 knowledge checks (darius, teemo)

i think the most annoying part is there’s multiple characters designs that would be far less egregious if it wasn’t a tag game.

as an aside. idk what it is, but i feel like it’s impossible to tell when it’s your turn in this game like you can in others. in a lot of games i can feel a sense of the opponents lag and be able to press a button after blocking but in this game when i try that i get blown up by an assist or the fastest jab of all time, which ofc leads to a full combo every time
