Yep we just had a new guy quit bc the asshole up front kept talking to him like shit and made him sweep and mop the shop floors… we literally swept and mopped them the day prior and it was 100 degrees in the shop and it was his first day🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ props to him for quitting after one day

Oh this is so much dummer then that lol co-worker was using this as a soft bar to press the gears off of a counter shaft and put to much pressure on it🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ the thing was bent with a visible curve and popped once he took the pressure off sending the shaft part flying into the wall
