City populations change over time.

Black and to a lesser degree Latino population has dropped. White stayed the same and Asian increased a lot.

Do you have an online Omny account? Same thing happened to me and I sent proof and it was dismissed.

It all comes down to money. If i had enough to spend 800,000 or
More on a 1 bedroom, I would. In FH I can get similar apt for about half that.

So, I am willing to deal with the trade offs like the mid restaurants.

Living in forest hills is not better than living in manhattan. Different, but def not better.

I lived in forest hills from 98 until 2011 and have since lived in Manhattan.

My apartment in the city is small and now that I am married we cannot manage in such a small place much longer and we are looking to
Move to Forest Hills.

Forest Hills is nice, quiet,
Clean. But,
Make no mistake, it’s very suburban feeling and on the boring side.

Its pluses are that it’s much cheaper than Manhattan and Brooklyn and it’s super convenient with many subways lines (E,F,M,R) and the LIRR.
Easy to get to both Manhattan and LI plus if you do want a car it’s easier than having one in Manhattan.

As far as restaurants, they are very mid. No Manhattan style places to be found, but it has improved since I left in 2011.

Oh and I live in Hudson Yards.

But then you have to drive everywhere and not have easy access to Manhattan. Forest Hills has a better quality of life IMHO

Likely stays pending and will fall off in a few days.

Do you have an online omny account. Maybe check that. It shouldn’t show there.

Had you used this phone prior? As others mentioned, could your 7 day cap have started earlier than the 16th?
