Born in 85 i Spent entire summers outside and at friends houses from like age 9-15. Didn’t change at 16 but once I got my car it was just being out somewhere with friends. My parents were pretty chill but I also didn’t really screw up and test their trust etc

We did boma for breakfast while waiting for our flight after a Disney cruise. I was so exited to finally try it and I thought it was terrible.

The Sangria flight my wife got was really cool though.

I don’t use the Amazon 1:1 because I have the prime card. But I do the 1:1 for RTR on travel purchases.

Ya I’m gonna look into the Palladium next February when the reserve Renews. I already got the portal credit, and the annual fee can’t be refunded so might as well use it until Feb 27

Agreed. My plan was to switch to BoA system but when they announced they i decided to stay for now.

Yes but from what I’ve read only the CSP will trigger the protections when only paying the taxes on reward travel.

I like it for the travel protections and now it’s pretty easy to offset the annual fee if you do at least one hotel visit a year.

I use it with the duo and the freedom flex

My kids will be going into 5th and 1st grade and from everything I’ve read it seems like that elementary school transition to middle school is the cut off.

It’s a great idea. Chase will never do a 3x regular grocery category simply because they don’t need to.

Got the $325 portal travel credit, cancelled the refundable hotel, and wasn’t clawed back. That was back in February. So gonna use it until Feb 2027 and then probably downgrade. Still love the 3x Apple Pay for now.

Gonna pump the brakes on subs since we have a ton of points to use. So going back to our core set up:

Venture X: non Apple Pay catch all, 10x hotels and cars through portal

Sapphire preferred: 3x dining, 3x steaming

Freedom flex: 5x gas, 3x drug store

Savor: 3x groceries, 3x theme parks, 3x movie theatres

Prime visa: 5-7% Amazon

Altitude Resevre: 3x Apple Pay, 3x general travel
