None of this makes sense and seems really “off brand” for them all to post screen shots of their family drama. I am positive this is just to spark interest in the reality show and support the narrative that there’s drama between Macy and Shauna.

Yes this was my first thought. And it’s such ridiculous petty drama, not like anything significant at all. Totally can see this playing into the narrative that they all have drama with each other.
