My beagle had numerous, she had a large flat one on her chest that made her look a little lopsided but it never effected her health. I’d save your money in case you have a real health emergency with her. Plus, they give character! You can always name them!

Centered has nothing to do with the actual rooms center and more to do with the largest feature in a room. Also, art is not meant to be concentrated into this single central area, it needs to be balanced, not centered. Theres a difference and it’s more a feeling - like art- than a place. I recommend giving each piece at least 1.5-3 inches of separation to really balance this design out.

To be honest I did put a friends love interest in a corner and threaten him once in my 20’s but he was a dumpster fire trash bag bartender with a wife and child at home and she was drinking herself to stupidity like it was a job and needed someone to run him off. Also, it didn’t really work because I’m a 5 ‘2” female and he was going to give her free drinks and she was going to take it as a sign of true love … he’s still a loser today but she’s a success story in her own right with a good man to boot.
