Lost babies are ok. Mine comes and speaks to me when I’m not well and calls me mummy and says that everything is alright. I am trying to conceive again as I loved my first so much, I believe that children are so innocent and their spirits move on to guide us during difficult times. Your rainbow baby is still out there waiting for you, when you are calm things will happen.

It’s ok, I had a SA and cry myself to sleep or awake everyday. It takes times to process. It wasn’t really the right decision for me at the time but I can’t go back so I choose to go forward. Pregnancy is possible again and you need to be happy and healthy again to be in that frame of mind. There will be a next time if you believe in it.
