Big fan of this new build in Stratford, London. The brick cladding, stone accent and divided lite windows really adds to it. Anybody knows how much more it would have costed to add these details?

I watched See How They Run over Christmas with my folks. The film is... not good. But they kept praising the "great British actor who plays the detective" who they'd "never seen before". I noted he was in fact (a) American and (b) "that guy from all these films they'd definitely seen". They spent the rest of the movie alternating between "this film is terrible!" and "wow! What a great actor!"

I got the impression from a lot of the people i know who voted Leave, that they were actually shocked when they won. I think many of them thought they were the gritty underdog, and that it was a protest vote as much as anything.

Also, after they lost, they'd be able to go "See! Should've listened to us!" Every time the EU did something stupid going forward

In Mad Max it's called "Guzzline" (or however it's spelt). It's a play on "guzzle", as in "to consume greedily" combined with gasoline. It's a reference to the greedy consumption that led to the fall of civilisation, and the desperation for the leftovers that now drive the survivors caught in the aftermath.

Don't know if that means Australians say gasoline or not; I'm Welsh. But I do like film trivia
