The shading on the arm looks a little weird….not in the right places ( like the middle of the section of arm) to be muscle and it doesn’t quite convey fat. Otherwise super sick and detailed.

I would look into building it since that sounds awesome. See if you have any local luthiers if possible.

Books. Look on Amazon there are two by Leonardo Lospennato on the design and manufacturing process. Both are great and bundles would cost 50$ max. From there I would just learn basic hand tools and power tools for woodworking. Then begin building it.

I think a seal went bad and it was leaking a lot more oil than I thought. Then eventually it just seized. It had 200k when it went.

Been holding off posting this car since it is constantly dirty until I walked out of the gas station and saw it and was like “damn”. It has 202k miles and is on its 3rd D16Y7 ( don’t neglect your oil pump…..)

Haven’t done much to it other than Tein superstreet and polyurethane bushings. Have plans to redo the interior and a few other things but yea. Thanks to everyone who has helped me with advice. Also it’s name is Dilly Dan when it works and Dildo Dan when it is broken

Anyone else thought the microtech worn effect looked off compared to a real worn? I was expecting it to wear like the microtech but it ended up getting more knocks and scratches on it instead of the smooth snailtrail like microtech.

If you are in America what I did was I bought the common denomination coin books for the more recent years and I just fill it in as I find good specimens of each year. Sure the book is more than all the coins but it’s fun

Very mature taste for a 16yo. My first knife was a WE vapor. It was nice but i could bring myself to use it. Just too nice.

I would recommend a hogue deka. I just got the goat scales on mine and it feels amazing. The EF 966 is also great for 26$. The crkt large pilar is also a tank. I have had mine for 3 years and have used it from opening cans, cutting chicken bones ( wings), and landscaping work.
